Sara started training with me to get leaner, stronger and transform her body for an upcoming photo shoot.
I figured I'd feature Sara in this "Behind the Scenes" post, just in case there are any potential clients that have any questions regarding my style of training. 

THE WORKOUT

WARM-UP: 
Foam Roll
5 Minutes Jump Rope
Bodyweight Split Squats 3x10-12 reps 

1. Barbell Front Squats 85 lb5 x 6-8 reps

2. Reverse Lunges with 20 lb Db's: 4 x 12 reps each leg

3. Romanian Deadlifts 75 lb: 4x 10-12 reps

4A. Lateral Band Steps (abductor) 3 x 10-12 each side
4B. Glute Bridge -  3 x 15 each leg

5A. TRX Knee Tucks: 3x 12-15 reps
5B. TRX Pike: 3x 12-15 reps


6A. Advanced Planks 3x 30 second holds
6B. Band Chops 3x 10-12 reps each side
